Hi, My family and will be visiting WDW in June and we will be staying at the AoA Nemo family suites. Is it okay to cook our own meals in the rooms? can we bring a skillet? Since we are a large group with teenagers we would like to cut cost this way.

    Hi Pamela!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The Art of Animation Resort is wonderful and the family suites are a great option for families that need one.  However,  I really don't think you can do much cooking in one unless you are just talking about microwave cooking.  Each family suite has a mini-kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, sink, and small refrigerator.  That's about it.  It allows you to easily do something quick and easy for breakfast and of course you could easily make sandwiches for other meals.  The food court at the Art of Animation Resort is probably the best in all of Walt Disney World so I would definitely stop by there for a few meals.

I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you, but I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
