Hi, My family and I visited Disney World Orlando this past September. My granddaughter loved it so much that she wants to go for her birthday in March. Can you give me some tips on traveling in March!!?

Hiya Kimberly and welcome back to planDisney!

I'm so glad that your September trip made a good impression on your granddaughter. And what the little lady wants, the little lady gets. Let's get that princess back to Cinderella Castle this March.

My family used to visit Walt Disney World in March pretty regularly so to start the weather is beautiful. Warm days where you can breathe without ridiculous amounts of humidity and evenings that might require a light jacket at best are the usual vibe. March can get a little busy as warm weather and scattered Spring Breaks start. But with a little planning on the front end, y'all will still have a wonderful time. I definitely suggest utilizing Disney Genie+ Service to avoid some of the long wait times for Attractions.

Pro-tip: The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival traditionally burst into bloom in the Month of March so keep an eye on Disney Parks Blog for news of exact dates and the inside scoop on how to make the magic grow this spring.

Kimberly, I hope your March vacation is just as fabulous as your September one was. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back for another chat!

    Happy planning!
