Hi, My family and I have an upcoming Disney World trip planned in April 2016. I have already booked our room and park tickets. Now I am thinking I should have purchased the dining plan. Is it too late to add it to our package? Thanks for your help!

    Hi Jill,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

The answer to your question depends on the type of package that you purchased when you made your family’s initial reservation. If you already purchased a Magic Your Way Vacation Package, then it might be relatively easy to add the Disney Dining Plan to your family’s reservation now. If you have a “room-only” reservation, and you purchased Theme Park Tickets separately, then it might be more difficult to make any changes at this point.

What I would recommend doing would be to contact Walt Disney World Resort in order to see whether any modifications may be possible (don’t forget to have your confirmation number nearby when you call). If you made your reservation through an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, then you’ll want to contact them in order to be able to modify your reservation.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and visit us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,
