    Hi Kristen,

    When redeeming a quick service credit on Disney's Dining Plan, you are entitled to choose one entree, one dessert, and one non-alcoholic beverage.  It is not the cost of these items that counts.  Rather, you just want to make sure that you order one item from each of these three categories.  I think you'll find that the DIsney Dining Plan will give a great amount of flexibility as you dine at the most magical place on earth.
