Hi! My family and I are going to Disney Dec. 12-18. I was looking into getting tickets to the Christmas Party but I wasn't sure if it's worth the extra money. What is the dif. between the party and just going to the park when there's extra nigh timehour

    Hi Sonya!

I absolutely love Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and I have been to this amazing party six times since 2008 so I would highly recommend it especially if you have never been! Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party officially begins at 7:00 pm, There is a huge difference in the Magic Kingdom on a Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party evening compared to a regular Evening Extra Magic Hour day.  A few special things that are only at this amazing party are Mickey's Once Upon a Christmas Parade, Holiday Wishes - Celebrate the Spirit of the Season, and the Celebrate the Season Show! I definitely would recommend heading to the character Meet and Greets if you love getting pictures with special characters that are all dressed up in their Holiday outfits. There are usually dance parties with Disney characters too.  Also don't forget to get your hot chocolate and cookies.

I hope that you next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
