Greetings Megan!
The
Disneyland Resort has a wonderful way of celebrating the Fall and all the traditions that come with it. You will be pleased to see all the Harvest-themed dining and decor, including a giant
Mickey Mouse-shaped Jack-O-Lantern that welcomes guests at Main Street U.S.A!
Depending on how long you stay after Thanksgiving, you may also be able to experience
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort, a magical and festive time to be at the Parks!
As far as making arrangements for Thanksgiving dinner, at this time, the Disneyland Resort has not yet announced Thanksgiving dining options. Since you will arrive in November, the general rule of thumb is that you book your dining reservations 180 days in advance. That means, you should check back around early June, although such dining events are sometimes announced 2-3 months prior.
In past years, restaurants at the Disneyland Park, including the Carnation Cafe, the Plaza Inn, the Blue Bayou Restaurant and the Café Orleans have included slow-roasted turkey dishes with a variety of savory sides, drinks and desserts.
The
Disneyland Hotel ballroom has also hosted a Thanksgiving feast serving everything from carved roasted turkey breast and prime rib to sweet potato soufflé...yum!
I recommend you keep tabs on the
Disney Parks Blog for information on Thanksgiving events. You can also call (714) 781-DINE.
