hi!my 1st day can't decide what to do we arrive at 11am @mco. should we go downtown disney have lunch shop eat fultons crab house supper then head to poly for fireworks and water parade? is it on that night ? or go to epcot foe emh? help

    Hi Sandy!

If you arrive at Orlando International Airport at 11am, you definitely have time to hit the parks that day!  If you are using Disney's Magical Express, you will most likely be at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel by 1 pm.  You could definitely be at one of the parks by 2 pm!  So if the day you arrive is the day Epcot has Evening Extra Magic Hours, you can definitely get a lot done that day!  If it was me, I would definitely head into one of the parks.

Of course, some guests don't like to spend the money on a ticket for half a day (depending on the length of your visit, an extra day of park admission might not cost too much) or they just want a more relaxing "introduction" to Walt Disney World.  If that sounds like you, then a trip to Downtown Disney for dining and shopping sounds like a great and relaxing afternoon.  Fulton's Crab House is a nice place, though my favorite places at Downtown Disney are Raglan Road and Paradiso 37.  I just like the food and atmosphere at those locations better.

After dinner, you can definitely head to the beach at the Polynesian to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks.  It's a great location; I've watched the fireworks from the Polynesian many times.

Hopefully this helps!  If I didn't answer your question, or if you have any more, please write back!
