Hi, My BF and I are going for our 1st visit to WDW end of January. He likes thrill rides alot, but I don't+ I have some back problems. I was wondering if there were other options for me than staying outside while he queues for the ride? Can I queue along?

    Hi!

Absolutely!  Talk to the cast member when you first enter the line.  Most attractions that are thrill rides at Walt Disney World have a "last minute exit" in case guests change their mind or, like in your case, one member of the party wants to wait in the queue but doesn't want to enjoy the ride.  For example, Space Mountain in the Magic Kingdom has one after going through the star tunnel (the majority of the wait) and before entering the loading area (the last part of the wait) and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith in Disney's Hollywood Studios has one in the alleyway after watching the pre-show.  I especially recommend to people who aren't interested in experiencing the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror in Disney's Hollywood Studios to go through the queue because the theming of that attraction is absolutely amazing!

Enjoy your first visit and write back if you have any more questions!
