Does Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanside Hotel have a shuttle to Port Canaveral? I see it listed as one of the hotels to book before or after a cruise.

    Hi there, Michelle!

Welcome to planDisney. I am so glad you sent your question to us! Starting your vacation with a stay at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront hotel sounds absolutely dreamy! The beach is beautiful, and having shops nearby is a bonus for any last-minute cruise essentials.

You are right that Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront is one of the hotel options listed on the Disney Cruise Line website. Guests who book their stay with Disney Cruise Line can also arrange ground transportation from the hotel to the port for an additional fee at this time. Just give Disney Cruise Line a call to book the hotel and/or transportation. It's a great way to keep the entire travel process seamless and stress-free!

I also noticed your question about paying off the remaining balance for your cruise early. I'm a big fan of getting those payments out of the way so you focus on the fun parts of planning, such as shopping for new outfits! However, your Castaway Club membership level generally determines when you can book onboard activities and Port Adventures. The main exception is for Concierge Guests, who can reserve activities 130 days before sailing with help from the Shoreside Concierge Service team. Final payment timing doesn’t affect your booking window, unfortunately. At the moment, first‑time Guests can book activities 75 days before their sail date. Keep checking if one of your preferred activities isn't available when your booking window opens, as cancellations do occur.

I hope this helps you feel even more prepared for your upcoming Disney Cruise adventure! If anything else comes up as you plan, please stop by planDisney again. We love helping Guests make every step of their vacation as magical as the voyage itself!

    Happy sailing!
