hi I've booked to rooms at a Disney hotel and have manged to link one to the My Disney Experience but can't link the other one have you got ant ideas on how to do so.

    Hello Lynne,

As the current British Mum here at planDisney, it's always an added delight for me when I have the pixie-dusted opportunity of assisting a fellow Brit with their jolly holiday plans to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.

Lynne, I'm so very happy to hear that you've already been busy planning and have booked 2 rooms within a Disney Resorts Collection hotel.  Your whole family of Mouseketeers is sure to enjoy a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious time by staying all together!

With so many magical benefits for Guests, Disney Resorts are simply incredible places to stay, and some Resorts could even be considered worthy holiday destinations within their own right too!  This is especially so for some of the larger Resorts such as the oh-so rustic Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, or Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge where Guests can actually watch native African animals as they freely roam the savannah!

I'm pleased to share that in my own experience, it is indeed possible to have 2 separate Disney Resorts Collection hotel room reservations held within one My Disney Experience account.  In the past, I've been able to add 2 individual room reservation numbers to My Disney Experience account by following these few steps  -

     - Using a desktop computer, log in to My Disney Experience
     - Select My Plans
     - Hover over Resort Hotel and select Link Reservation - this opens up a new webpage
     - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to add the Resort Room Confirmation Number and Lead Passenger Name details to enable you to go ahead and link the 2nd room reservation

Now, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust you should be able to manage both your Disney Resorts Collection hotel room reservations within your My Disney Experience account.

Lynne, if you should happen to incur any technical difficulties at all in linking your 2 Disney Resorts Collection hotel room reservations, then I would suggest speaking in person on the phone with a knowledgeable Cast Member.

It's fairly straightforward to dial the UK freephone number contained within this Walt Disney Travel Company - Contact Us link to connect with a Cast Member.  Prior to dialling, Lynne you'll want to be sure to have your Resort room confirmation number, and any other pertinent information close to hand.

Lynne, I sincerely hope that I've been able to provide some zip-a-dee-doo-dah insight and assistance for you today.  If you did have any further questions about your September holiday to the most magical place on earth, then please do pop back any time to me here at planDisney.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
