    Hi, It is still unclear to me whether I'll be able to book my experiences online or via app since I am not based in the US (I am in Italy, Europe!). If that is the case, how can I make the bookings timely when the window opens? Phone number? Thanks!

    As one of the current UK panellists it will be my absolute pleasure to assist you with your question today.

    First of all, it's great to see that you're already planning ahead for your December visit to Walt Disney World. If you ask me, the planning is almost as much fun as the trip itself and it's always a smart move to be prepared!

    You should absolutely be able to make dining reservations via the Europe version of the Walt Disney World website. If you'll be staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you will be able to make dining reservations, for your entire length of stay (for up to a 10-night stay), starting from 12:00noon CET, 60 days in advance of your arrival date. 

    Non-Disney Resort hotel Guests can make reservations for each individual day of their visit, 60 days in advance.

    If you encounter any issues at all, you can also make your dining reservations by calling a Disney Expert on freephone 00 800 2006 0809. Telephone lines are open, as follows:-

    Monday - Friday 10am-9pm (CET)
    Saturday 10am-8pm (CET)
    Sunday 11am-7pm (CET)

    Finally, if you wish to book anything from the Enchanting Extras Collection, the easiest way to do this is via the "Chat With Us" option on the My Disney Experience App. Reservations can be made this way starting from 12:00noon CET, 60 days in advance.

    Top Tip  - You can find the "Chat With Us" option on the My Disney Experience App by clicking on the "≡" (hamburger) symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the home screen and scrolling down to the Help & Feedback section.
