Hi! Is it possible to swap the character I got on my ticket? I got an annual pass and I will continously using my ticket, so I'd much prefer to have a character that I enjoy! I do not like the character they gave me on my physical ticket.

    Hi Trace!

Welcome to planDisney and congratulations on becoming an Annual Passholder! I love being an Annual Passholder because it unlocks a year of magic. Plus, I can take advantage of Passholder benefits and discounts when I visit the "Most Magical Place on Earth." In fact, just a few minutes ago, I used a brand new Passholder Special Offer for our holiday Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

As an Annual Passholder, you're right that you will be using your ticket card regularly for merchandise and dining discounts at Walt Disney World Resort. You can certainly request a new ticket card by visiting any Guest Relations location at Walt Disney World Resort. In fact, I did this last year to get an EARidescent card for the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration for my Annual Pass when they were released!

Trace, have you seen all of the awesome discounts available for Annual Passholders right now? You'll definitely want to take advantage of ticket discounts for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. Plus, as I mentioned before, a new Passholder discount on hotel stays for the holiday season was just released today! I recommend that you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for announcements about new benefits and discounts you can take advantage of during your magical year.

Come back to see us if you have additional questions! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
