Hello Sue!
A very warm welcome to
planDisney! Thanks so much for bringing your question to us!
It’s so nice to hear that you’re supporting your child’s school fundraiser! I’m sure you were thrilled to receive tickets to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
Unused single day tickets and wholly unused multi-day tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of the stated expiration date. This date can usually be found on the back of your tickets. But, even if you are unable to visit before the printed expiration date, you may still be able to use the tickets. That’s because according to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired
Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. Because the tickets say complimentary, the Cast Member I spoke to recommended reaching out to the organization, in this case the school, to ensure there are no additional guidelines that should be followed. Otherwise, when you’re ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase. If you have any additional questions, I encourage you to contact Tickets Services at (714) 781-4636.
I hope this information is helpful! Please come back and see us with more questions!
