Hi, in April we make our first visit to Disneyland and since I have two kids that are lactose intolerant I was wondering how prepared are dinners inside Disney? Will I have a difficult time finding meals that don't contain dairy products? Thank you

    Hi Mariana!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so excited you will be visiting Disneyland Resort so soon! My youngest has to avoid dairy, as well as a few other foods, and I can assure you that finding meals and treats to fit your needs is no trouble at all!

I love the Special Dietary Requests information on the Disneyland Resort website. Such a great resource for guests with many different type of food allergies or issues. They have information on bringing in your own food, requesting special meals, talking to chefs and even where to find information on the participating restaurants and quick service locations. We simply tell a cast member upon arrival at the restaurant about his needs and often times they will either give me options on the spot, or bring out the chef to talk to.

I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
