Hi Martina,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I know that your kids are beyond excited!
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort has fond memories for us - my husband and I stayed there before we had our girls. Those lovely adults-only trips are now distant memories! Although the resort is being re-imagined, there are several dining options. The
Centertown Food Truck accepts all Disney Dining Plans including the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan. There are also
Island Markets set up in Aruba, Jamaica and Martinique villages.
Since this resort is so expansive, I suggest that you take a look at a few resort maps online and request a specific building based on the vacation style of your family. I recommend Trinidad North (Building 31), Martinique (Buildings 25 or 26), Aruba (Building 51) or Jamaica (Building 45).
There are several photos online of the current construction - although I cannot link them here, they may be helpful as you prepare for your trip.
Martina, I do hope you have considered your other dining options. One of our favorite quick-service dining locations for breakfast and lunch is Be Our Guest. If you decide to dine there, be sure to make an advanced dining reservation and take advantage of the
order-ahead dining. If you do order-ahead dining, it will expedite your time at the restaurant. Once you arrive, you can find a seat and a cast member will bring your food right to your table. It truly feels like magic!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
