Hi, I'm traveling to Disney World in November 2015 with a large group of family and friends (17 at last count!). Any suggestions on restaurants that will accommodate all of us? Is it better to make reservations by individual family or for the entire grou

    Hi Jennifer!

I have been organizing large group meals (up to 50 guests) for the past two years.  In my experience, each Walt Disney World restaurant has a different policy on the maximum number of guests you can add to one reservation.  While all of the Walt Disney World restaurants can accommodate a group of your size, you may need to make more than one reservation for your group.  I have found that most restaurants let you reserve for up to 14 guests at a time.  If you make your Advance Dining Reservations (ADR) over the phone, they can tell you what the maximum is.  If you need to make more than one reservation, it is possible that your party may have to sit at different tables, but they will do everything they can to sit you together.  We have always had tables right next to each other when we visited with our large group.

Trails End Restaurant at Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground has always been wonderful with large groups.  'Ohana at the Polynesian Village Resort is also another one that is great with large groups and is also my favorite restaurant at Walt Disney World.  There is a long table right in the middle that everyone can sit at together.

    Have a magical day!
