Hi I'm taking my 3 year old to Disneyland in the middle of September 2013 from Tuesday thru Thursday. I was wondering if disneyland has the parades during the week in the off season? Thank you for your help :)

    Hi, Penny!

I’m glad to hear that you’re planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort this September! Fall can be a great time to visit because the weather is comfortable, crowds are generally lighter and hotel prices are often lower.

While the entertainment schedule is pared down during the off-season (particularly on weekdays) due to lower park attendance, there should still be plenty of fun for you and your little one to enjoy at the theme parks. The official entertainment schedule is released only a month or two in advance; however, the pattern should be similar to that of the same time period last year. There will likely be at least one parade time per day (either in the afternoon or evening) at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. If last year’s schedule holds true, there probably won’t be Fantasmic! or fireworks shows available on weekdays. Be sure to check the entertainment schedule just prior to your visit, as it is subject to change.

I hope this helps, Penny. Please feel free to ask me any other questions you may have as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted vacation!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
