Hello Kata Nora and thanks for bringing such an important question about your upcoming Disney holiday to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel where we're delighted to assist you!
You've already made a smart choice by opting to dine using the Disney Quick Service Dining Plan which allows Guests to select from more than 50 dining locations right across Disney property and I'm pleased to be able to share that Guests with medically restricted diets or those with any Special Dietary Requests are very well catered for when visiting Walt Disney World Resort.
In my own experience of dining with family members with Type 2 Diabetes we've always been able to either gain assistance from our host or server or even by speaking with a chef who has knowledgeably assisted with any dietary specific selections which have not necessarily been detailed on the restaurant menu.
Plus it's also possible to discuss any particular concerns prior to arrival at Walt Disney World Resort by emailing: Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com
    Have a great Disney day.
