Hello, Praveen,
Thank you for your question to planDisney. And thank you for helping the Cast Members and Guests of the Disneyland Resort
stay healthy and well. At this time, the State of California strongly recommends that Guests of the Disneyland Resort be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a negative COVID-19 test before visiting. Cast Members at the Disneyland Resort are unable to verify vaccination and test records of Guests visiting the theme parks. So each Guest is responsible for their own compliance with the recommendations from the state. All Guests are also required to attest to their awareness of the state’s recommendation and that they will adhere to the
face covering requirements at the Disneyland Resort.
Tony’s Tip: To safeguard the health and safety of Guests and Cast Members, the Disneyland Resort currently requires that everyone wear an appropriate face covering in all indoor locations, including enclosed transportation and indoor attractions. To prepare for our family visits to the Disneyland Resort, we have been practicing wearing effective and comfortable face coverings with our children at home. Becoming familiar with and accustomed to these face coverings before our trips to Southern California has helped us to enjoy our time at the parks without worrying about issues such as ill-fitting masks or discomfort.
If you are visiting the Disneyland Resort soon, you will likely have the opportunity to experience the
Lunar New Year celebration in Disney California Adventure Park. This is one of my family’s favorite events at the Disneyland Resort. We are also planning on a trip to enjoy this experience before this year’s celebration ends on February 13, 2022. We are looking forward to enjoying time with some of our favorite characters, sampling some delicious foods, and being wowed by amazing entertainment to celebrate the year of the tiger!
If you have any more questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us again, Praveen.
