Hey there, hi there, ho there, Flavia! You're as welcome as can be here at
planDisney. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!
I'm so very happy to read that you'll be visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth in just a few short months. I bet you're starting to get super excited! In my opinion, there is no better way to ring in the New Year than with a magical vacation to the
Walt Disney World Resort. You and your family are going to have an amazing time!
Flavia, as an international Guest and a Disability Access Service (DAS) user myself, I'm happy to let you know that you can check if you qualify for the service in person at any
Guest Relations location throughout the Resort. If you do qualify, the amazing Cast Members stationed there will help you set it up and teach you how to use it! You don't need to do anything until you're physically in Orlando, so just sit back, relax, and count down the days until you can hug Mickey and all his pals.
If you end up qualifying for the service, I also suggest that you purchase the
Disney Genie+ Service for the days that you plan on visiting the Theme Parks. Combining the DAS and Genie+ will ensure that you have a stress-free time at the parks! I encourage you to walk around and take it all in while you wait for your next return time. All four Theme Parks are absolutely gorgeous, and the weather in Orlando tends to be wonderful at that time of year!
I hope that my answer helped clarify some of your concerns, Flavia. If you have any other questions in English
or in Portuguese, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us so we may assist you further. See you real soon!
Warm hugs,
Ana Paula
