Hi I’m planning a family vacation at Disneyland on 7-10 to 7-14. Which day of the week that you have parade and fireworks. Thanks

Hey howdy hey, Anh! You’ve got a friend in me at planDisney!

Your July vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth will be here before you know it… time to get excited!

The Entertainment Schedule is typically updated about six weeks in advance, so it’s currently showing the schedule through July 8, 2022. You’ll be able to see the schedule for your arrival date of July 10 in just two days. Just refresh this calendar in a couple days and you’ll be able to see it! Typically, during the summer months, you can expect the nighttime spectaculars to run most evenings, whereas during the rest of the year, the fireworks usually only take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

To give you an idea what to expect, I checked the schedule for the week before your visit just to compare, and since the first day of your vacation is on a Sunday, I looked at Sunday, July 3 through Thursday, July 7. During that week, Guests will experience the Main Street Electrical Parade, Disneyland Forever fireworks, and Fantasmic! in Disneyland Park, and World of Color in Disney California Adventure Park. So, it’s safe to say that the schedule will be very similar the following week when you visit. But, it doesn’t hurt to refresh the schedule in a few days to check.

I’m so excited that all of these amazing nighttime spectaculars will return in time for your vacation, Anh! There’s nothing I love more than hearing the familiar sounds of the Main Street Electrical Parade heading my way along the parade route! I recommend waiting to watch the later viewing of this parade (there’s usually one at 8:45 PM and one at 10:45 PM) if you’re able to, since it’s typically easier to find a good spot to watch it without waiting as long ahead of time. It's also usually easier to find a spot near "it's a small world" than on Main Street, U.S.A.

If you have any other questions, please stop by again… we love making your magical dreams come true!

    Happy planning,
    Kristin

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Greetings from sunny California! I live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder (and now a Magic Key Passholder) for more than 20 years! As a mom of three kids ages 5-10, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Learn More About Kristin
