I have experienced issues with the
My Disney Experience app on my smartphone in the past. While accessing the
My Disney Experience Mobile App from your smartphone is convenient, there is an alternative that should work. If you can not access the app via your smartphone, try accessing My Disney Experience via the Walt Disney World website using the available web browser, on your phone. Once you logged in, click the My Plans page, and from there, you will be able to complete the tasks you wish to complete that way. As far as check-in, I recommend completing the
Online Resort Check-In process from your desktop before your departure date; so that the process will be complete upon your arrival.
