Hi,I'm nervous I have a smart phone it's older and can't download mydisney on it. I have it on my desktop at home/ res to parks made :)Trip Oct told we need to have mydisney on phone so we can check in and stuff like that. What will happen?

    Hi Stacey!

I am excited to hear about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! There is no need to be nervous because we are happy to help you through the planning process to plan the most magical vacation for you and your family.

I have experienced issues with the My Disney Experience app on my smartphone in the past. While accessing the My Disney Experience Mobile App from your smartphone is convenient, there is an alternative that should work. If you can not access the app via your smartphone, try accessing My Disney Experience via the Walt Disney World website using the available web browser, on your phone. Once you logged in, click the My Plans page, and from there, you will be able to complete the tasks you wish to complete that way. As far as check-in, I recommend completing the Online Resort Check-In process from your desktop before your departure date; so that the process will be complete upon your arrival.

We are happy to continue to assist you in any way we can; please let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical time!
