Hi, I'm 5 months pregnant and starting to feel tired easily when I walk a lot, so was wondering if you have special places in Disney I can rest, if I can rent an ECV, and what are your main tips for pregnant women at the Park. Thanks

    Hi Norma,

Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel! Last spring, I was walking the main streets of Walt Disney World Parks with a baby belly, so I'm excited to answer this question for you. Walt Disney World is one of the best places to be when you are pregnant. Here are a few tips that might help you enjoy the parks, without feeling too overwhelmed and tired.

    - Split up your days. It's tempting to want to stay within the parks all day, but you need your rest! Plan to spend half of your day in the parks, return to your resort, then come back later in the evening. This will keep you from spending time in the parks when it's the warmest and most congested, and you'll have time to truly rest.

    - Spend time in the Baby Care Center. If you need a rest before you leave the park, the Baby Care Centers located at the beginning of the park are essential. There are comfortable seats, air conditioning and quiet places to put your feet up. Plus, you'll want to see what you'll be utilizing once you bring your baby back for their magical first-visit out of utero!

    - Speak to Cast Members. Disney Parks does a wonderful job of providing places to rest. If you immediately need a place to sit, ask a Cast Member to escort you to the nearest area. They may even point out places that you've never noticed before.

I hope these tips have helped you, Norma. If you need any help, or have any other questions, feel free to ask at anytime.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
