Hi Claudia!
I think you’re going to have the best time at
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! It’s the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit.
Now, if you're only planning to attend the party, you don't need to buy a regular Theme Park Ticket for Magic Kingdom Park. You just need the party ticket, and guess what? You can get in as early as 4:00 PM even though the party officially starts at 7:00 PM. They'll give you a wristband once you arrive so you're all set for the night!
Here’s a little game plan to help you make the most of it:
Arrive by 4:00 PM and knock out a few of the big rides before the party crowd comes in—Seven Dwarfs Mine Train,
Space Mountain,
TRON Lightcycle / Run or
Big Thunder Mountain are always good choices as these tend to be popular choices for the evening.
Once the party kicks off, grab some free holiday treats—there will be cookies and hot chocolate all over the place! Make sure you catch the characters in their cute holiday outfits. Trust me, the photo ops are totally worth it.
Pro tip: Watch the second parade! It’s usually less crowded, so you’ll have a better spot to enjoy Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade. And whatever you do, don’t miss Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show! The fireworks over Cinderella Castle are breathtaking.
While I totally understand wanting to pack in all of that holiday fun, my top tip is to try to go with the flow and soak it all in. You’ll love the atmosphere, the music, the treats—it’s all about enjoying the moment.
I hope you have an unforgettable time!
