Hi, If staying at Port Orleans Riverside, are guests still allowed to go to the dragon themed pool at French Quarter as was allowed in the past? Thanks!!

    Hey, Amanda welcome back!

I see you're a regular visitor at planDisney and I'm so glad to see you back again! So just like Ray, our firefly friend, you're interested in going down the bayou and  I don't mean to Shreveport. Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is evocative of the stately southern charm and grandeur of old money New Orleans. Now if you're trying to take this Mardi Gras party down the river to Disney's Port Orleans - French Quarter, go right ahead! Guests at these sister resorts can keep things jazzy during their stay by sharing pools. While you're over there don't miss out on the Louisiana-inspired cuisine at Scat Cat's Club. My friends all say it's the bees' knees, particularly the beignets. Tara, my fellow planDisney panelist, had to go pick up some beignets to fly back home with or her children would give her to the Shadow Man!

Amanda, dreams do come true in New Orleans. I hope Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside turns out to be the best thing you never knew you needed!

    Laissez les bons temp rouler!
