Hi-if I plan to book s split stay, 2 nights at Pop room only, followed by 6 nights package at AKL with 8 days of tickets, can I use those tickets during the first 2 days? I know I could reverse the package and room only, but that wouldn't work for me.

    Hi Richelle,

It's always a pleasure to welcome a resident of the Keystone State to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Even though I live in New Jersey now, I spent my entire childhood in central Pennsylvania.

So, I have some mostly good news about your Disney theme park tickets. I spoke to a Cast Member on the phone today and she told me that, during your stay at Disney's Pop Century Resort, you can ask a Guest Services representative at your hotel, at any of the Disney theme parks, or at Disney Springs for "an early activation" of your tickets. Normally your tickets are first available to you on the day you check in to your Disney Resort hotel. However, an early activation of your tickets can extend that start date by 24 hours.

For instance, if you were checking in at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge on a Monday, your tickets would normally be available to use early that Monday morning. However, with an early activation, you could first access the Disney theme parks on Sunday instead. Does that make sense? So, it sounds as if the tickets will not be available for use on the day you arrive at Disney's Pop Century Resort, but they could be ready for use the next day.

I hope this information has been helpful. Do let us know if you have any additional questions about your upcoming trip. We'd be delighted to help!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Jill
