Hi there, Samantha, and welcome to planDisney!
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a must-do for my family every year; we just can’t get enough of the iconic
Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade and the endless trick-or-treating throughout the night. You’ll love it, too, but we need to get you there first. Let’s go!
First, you’ll want to be sure about your chosen date for
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party because the closer we get to Halloween, the more “sold out” dates you’ll see materialize on the ticket calendar. I recently spoke to a super helpful Cast Member about your exact question, and I was told that in order to change your ticket date, you have to call the “Existing Tickets” phone number (that you can find on the
Help Center webpage).
However, the plot twist to this not-so-spooky tale is that you can only move it to another available night. As I mentioned, they’re selling out frighteningly fast, so it’s better to have the date set in stone. Only one third of the October dates are up for grabs (as of the time that I’m writing to you).
AN EXTRA GEM: Remember, you can enter Magic Kingdom Park with your party ticket as early as 4 p.m. I love that perk, especially if you don’t have another ticket or an annual pass that grants you earlier access. The trick-or-treating, party-exclusive treats, and fun overlays on some of the rides like
Space Mountain aren’t available until it’s officially party time, but you can enjoy Magic Kingdom Park to its fullest while you wait for the bash to begin.
I hope that you have a spooktacular Halloween Party night, Samantha! Please revisit us here at planDisney if you have any other questions or need suggestions for your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort.
I’m all ears! Magic always,
LeAndra
