Hi, I was wondering if Disneyland offers those plastic admission cards like WDW does? The ones that you can get after buying your park tickets? I'm having a hard time finding information for the Disneyland park specifically. Thank you!

    Hey Alyssa!

    Welcome to planDisney!

It looks like you love visiting the Disney theme parks on both coasts! I hope you had a chance to visit the Walt Disney World Resort during the 50th Anniversary Celebration. It’s been so special getting to visit during this incredible milestone in the parks. But as they say, all good things must come to an end and that will allow the Walt Disney World resort to get ready to celebrate 100 years of Disney Magic.

I think the plastic admission cards that you are referring to from the Walt Disney World Resort are the Key to the World cards that you can use to enter the theme parks or your resort hotel room. Unfortunately, those cards are not available at the Disneyland Resort to scan and enter Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Instead, you will receive a paper ticket at the turnstiles that you will use to enter the theme parks. The paper tickets have some great designs on them right now to celebrate the Disney 100 Celebration at Disneyland Resort. If you are staying at one of the three hotels of the Disneyland Resort, then you will receive a plastic room key card that you can use to enter your room and make charges to the credit card you have on file with your hotel room. Those have some pretty cool designs too and make for a great souvenir.

Well Alyssa, if you have any other questions please come back and let us know.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
