Hello Eleanore and welcome to planDisney! I'm glad you dropped by with your question.
Eleanore, I'm a firm believer that Magic multiplies when you share it, and based on your question, I know you'll have a wonderful voyage with your plus one! Now, since eating aboard Disney Cruise Line is one of my favorite topics of conversation, let's chat about
rotational dining.
If the guest on your reservation is sharing your stateroom, you will be automatically seated together at dinner. However, if your guest has their own stateroom, you'll have
an additional step to connect your reservations. So, for example, my family and I are setting sail on the Disney Dream this fall. For the first time ever, my father-in-law is cruising and because he has his own stateroom, I needed to connect our separate reservations to ensure we are all together as we plan.
To connect another stateroom, you'll want to log into the
Disney Cruise Website and hover over the tab at the top labeled, "Already Booked." From there, click on "My Reservations." You'll be taken to a page that shows the cruise you have booked and toward the top right-hand corner you'll see the reservation number inside a box with a down arrow. Click on the arrow to expand that box. You'll then see the option to "Add and Link Reservations." Here is where you can connect a guest in a separate stateroom.
Eleanore, I hope this helps as you're looking ahead to your upcoming trip. If you have any additional questions, please come on back to planDisney!
Wishing you a pixie-dusted voyage,
Lauren
