Hi. I am going to WDW this March. I will be staying at the All-Star Music and will visit AKL to try a zebra dome. What kind of dessert is a zebra dome? Thank you.

    Hi Anica,

You will not be disappointed when you visit the Animal Kingdom Lodge.  The resort is beautiful and be sure to plan enough time to walk the grounds before or after your meal.  My husband and I can spend an entire afternoon just watching all the magnificent animals.

The zebra dome is a dessert you can get at the dinner buffet at Boma - Flavors of Africa or The Mara, the quick service restaurant at the resort.  The inside is comprised of a delicious chocolate mouse with a hint of coffee flavor.  The outside is milk and white chocolate ganache.  It is very creamy and rich.  If you are a lover of chocolate and coffee you will really enjoy it.

    Enjoy your trip,

    Michelle
