Hi, I want to get to the epcots early morning magic hours for 8am, from the Grand Floridian, and wondered if the monorail was open for this to happen or will we have to get a bus. Please help. Thank you.

    Hi Natalie!

Thanks for bringing this question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. My family recently stayed at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and it was magical! The pools are wonderful, and there are many fun activities throughout the day. In addition, getting around the theme parks is a breeze from Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, particularly because of the convenient access to Walt Disney World Resort transportation.

You'll have no trouble getting to Extra Magic Hours at Epcot via monorail. Walt Disney World Resort transportation, including the Walt Disney World Resort Monorail System, generally operates 45 minutes before a theme park's opening time. Upon your arrival, check with a Cast Member for the exact timing, and rest assured that you'll get to Epcot with plenty of time to enjoy the Extra Magic Hours!

Please stop back with any additional questions, Natalie. Wishing you an unforgettable trip to Walt Disney World Resort!
