Hi!I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with something from the Disney Florist for when we arrive. Is it possible to have the surprise waiting in our room for us when we first check in?Also are you able to mix and match items from the packages they offer?Thanx

    Hi Carly:

Great idea to get your boyfriend a gift from Disney Floral and Gifts for your arrival.

Because room assignments at Disney Resorts are not assigned until right before or at check-in, it may take a step or two to coordinate delivery of the gift on the day of your arrival. My best advice is to call Disney Floral and Gifts at (407) WDW-GIFT or (407) 939-4438. Inform the Dream Makers at Disney Floral and Gifts of your plan to have the gift delivered to your Disney Resort room on the day of your arrival. Disney Floral and Gift deliveries are usually made between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. If you want to ensure that you receive the gift prior to 8:00 pm on the day of your check-in, request that the gift be delivered to your Resort and held for you the day before you arrive. At check-in, you can pick up the gift from the front-desk or you can request that the front desk arrange for the gift to be delivered to your room.

Disney Floral and Gifts are only able to substitute a limited number of items from the packages they offer, so I encourage you to contact Disney Floral and Gifts to see if your particular mix-and-match idea is doable.

    Enjoy your vacation.
