    Hi I understand that the bedding at Disney resorts is to be changed. Can you tell me about the changes and when it will happen at AKL?

    Hello, Bob!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is a magnificent resort!  The exotic animals that can be found there are simply beautiful.  Disney's AKL is one of my favorite resorts when visiting Walt Disney World.

    If you are a non-Disney Vacation Club Member, you can expect your bed linens to be changed on the fourth day after your check-in date.  For example, if you check in on a Monday, your sheets will be changed on Thursday.  However, you can always have them changed prior to the fourth day upon request. Simply call House Keeping from your resort room phone.

    Now, if you are a Disney Vacation Club Member, your bed linens will be scheduled for a change on day four and day eight of your visit.  You can always have them changed earlier, but there is a small fee.  DVC Members are aware of this.
