    Hi, I am in UK and In 2011 and 2012 I purchased magic base tickets from Walt Disney World. Is it possible to still purchase these as I am having difficulty accessing the web site I used previously. Thank you

    Hi Susan,

    Thanks for your question!  The Walt Disney World Website is changing and it is part of My Disney Experience - an interactive planning tool that will make planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation even easier!  

    With the implementation of the new website, some guests have been experiencing some difficulty accessing and navigating the new website.  Guests are still able to purchase Magic Your Way Base Tickets online.  Another option would be to call (407) 939-1289 to purchase your tickets by phone.  Finally tickets are available for purchase at Walt Disney World Resort in any of the theme parks, guest relations in Downtown Disney and at your Walt Disney World Resort during the time of check-in.
