    Hi I am trying to check in on My Disney Experience App and I keep getting an error. Is it because we are traveling from Canada and need to check in at the Front Desk? Thanks

    Hello Jina!

    It looks like your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort starts TODAY! Put on your Mickey Ears, grab your bags, and get ready for a visit to the most magical place on earth!

    Every once in a while, I too have temporary issues with the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Sometimes I think there is a “Magical Enhancement” to the program that seems to cause the issue. I have a visit coming up myself and I also had a little trouble with the Mobile App earlier this week. I found that there was a new update available for the App. After downloading the update, My Disney Experience began to work normally for me again. If you haven’t done so, I would check to see if you need to update your App. To my knowledge, there shouldn’t be an error just because you are coming from Canada.

    If you are continuing to have issues once you arrive, I have found that calling the Cast Members at Tech Support can be very helpful with such issues. Last year we took my son’s marching band to Walt Disney World, and with 130 kids on the trip, we had a few glitches here and there. Tech Support was amazing and they were able to help me get everyone’s accounts and FastPass+ selections fixed, and the kids had a magical visit without ever knowing what went on behind the scenes.

    I hope a simple update does the trick and that you are quickly off to the best vacation ever!
