    Gail:

You've hit all the high spots for dining--and you've done a good job pacing your family!

As for park recommendations, you didn't mention if you had park hoppers, so I'm going to assume you don't.  With that that in mind, here are my thoughts:

    • Thursday: Animal Kingdom.  Because it closes early, you've got plenty of time to head back to your resort, freshen up and get to the Polynesian for Ohana!
    • Friday: Disney's Hollywood Studios.  Good timing!   DHS can get awfully crowded on Magic Hours days or when it shows Fantasmic.  You made your reservation at Sci Fi on a day when it has neither, so crowds should not be as high as other days that week.
    • Saturday:  Magic Kingdom.  Although Chef Mickey nor Whispering Canyon Cafe are inside the Magic Kingdom, they are both outside and accessible by transportation the kids will view as  another attraction!  Ride the monorail to its first stop at the Contemporary and enjoy Chef Mickey's for breakfast.  For dinner, take the boat over to Wilderness Lodge and its cafe.
    • Sunday: Animal Kingdom (if you didn't see enough of it on Thursday) or Epcot and then you can go to Mickey's Not-So-Scarry Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom as early as 4:00 and enjoy Cinderella's Royal Table for dinner!  You won't have to purchase a park hopper to experience two parks in one day since MNSSHP is a separate ticketed event.
    • Monday: Epcot. Take the monorail to the Contemporary.  California Grill sits atop the resort.  Give yourself a good 30 to 40 minutes for the total transfer time.  It'll be a fabulous finale to your vacation!
    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Whitney, Mississippi

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
