Hi, I was told  that dining reservations could be made at midnight 180 days prior to the beginning of our vacation. I have been reading that reservations start at 6 am. Which is right? thanks!

    Hello, Julie,

Thank you for your question about making dining reservations.  When guests are 180 days out, they can begin making reservations online at 6:00 AM EST and by calling (407) WDW-DINE at 7:00 AM EST. If you are a Disney resort guest, you will be able to make 10 days worth of dining reservations at this time.

When I am making dining reservations, I begin with my highest priority restaurants first rather than going through my dining reservations chronologically.  You may also find it helpful to read an online article Behind The Scenes At Advanced Reservations from the independent website Touring Plans (touringplans.com).  It offers further tips and advice on making dining reservations at Walt Disney World.

If we can help with any further questions, please let us know.  Wishing you a magical trip!  -Kara
