Hi, I have tix and resercation for 6/5. One of our members of the reservation is a first responder and needs cancel their ticket. Is this possible? Could we transfer it to a member of the same household? Thanks.

    Hey there, Rory!

Thanks for asking planDisney this question about your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort. Your pixie-dusted day in the theme parks is almost here, and I hope you are excited to experience the magic!

I’m so sorry to hear that someone in your group can’t join you in the theme parks after all. As you may already know, the parks are only open to California residents at this time, so Cast Members at the theme park entrances may ask Guests to present valid identification to show proof of residency. For that reason, it’s best that the name on each ticket matches the name of the person using the ticket and their identification card. Unused theme park tickets can’t be assigned to another person online, so I suggest that you call the Disneyland Resort at (714) 781-4636 as soon as possible for assistance from a Cast Member with reassigning the ticket prior to your arrival. However, if no one is able to attend in place of the person who had to cancel, don’t worry! An unused ticket can be used for a later visit, and even if it expires, you can always use the amount paid originally as credit toward a new ticket in the future.

I hope this helps. Please have a wonderful day at the Happiest Place on Earth, Rory!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
