Hi, I will be staying at All Stars Sports Resort on 8/17/22 - 8/19/22. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I wondered if I can get a ground floor near pool so it is easier for me. I also need a refrigerator with freezer. Can I be accommodated?

    Hiya Kristina!

Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet. Wow, Kristina, your magical vacation is coming so soon! How excited are you? I know I would be thrilled, especially since you picked such a magical time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. With the World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing, the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival kicking off its 2022 edition, and Halloween season right around the corner, there's truly no better time to visit.

I am happy to report, Kristina, that there are two ways for you to make special requests for the location of your Resort hotel rooms. Indeed, in the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can go into the "Future Plans" section and find your Resort reservation. If you click on "Start Check-In Now," you will be able to add your preferred arrival time and select preferences for your room location. However, I would also highly recommend that you call the Reservation Center to let them know of these preferences! Cast Members truly are real-life fairy godparents, and they can sprinkle some pixie dust for you.

As for accessing a refrigerator with a freezer, this may be a bit more challenging, but it is possible. Disney Resort hotel rooms are typically equipped with a cooler or refrigerator but do not have freezers, unfortunately. However, Bell Services may have a freezer to store items for Resort Guests, so definitely stop by your Bell Services counter or the front desk of your Resort to know exactly where they are. If you also need a freezer while visiting the theme parks, you can visit the Baby Care Centers or the First Aid centers, which are equipped with freezers. When in doubt, don't hesitate to stop by a Guest Relations counter or spot those blue Guest Experience umbrellas for help!

I hope this was helpful, Kristina, and that you will be able to appreciate and experience all the Disney magic on your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your visit, please don't hesitate to reach out. You've got a friend in us!

    Have a magical day,
