    Hi, I will be staying at Port Orleans Riverside with my children, 5 and 2. Does the hotel offer any accommodations specifically for small children, like bed rails or step stools. Thanks.

    A huge, warm welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for sending us your wonderful question.

    I have a 4 year-old preschool Princess of my own, and Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is her absolute favorite Walt Disney World Resort hotel! Your children will love it.

    Walt Disney World Resort hotels offer bed rails upon request. We have used them in the past and because each Resort hotel has a limited supply of bed rails, I highly suggest that you request them in advance. Please have a Disney Cast Member add a note to your Reservation file so that you can increase the likelihood of having a bed rail available during your stay. You can call Disney Reservations by dialing (407) 939-5277.

    Step stools are not available at Walt Disney World Resort. Many retail stores sell small, fold-able step stools that are easy to travel with. I recommend taking your own if you feel your children need one during your vacation.
