Hi Kimberly,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is such a charming and magical place to stay – when you walk into the lobby, stop and breathe deeply, because it smells amazing.
I know there are actual cribs at the resort, because I had one in my room when I checked in there last year. I have also used Pack n’ Plays provided by Disney over the years, so I know they have those at the resorts too (and they do come with linens). To add a
request for a crib to your reservation, call (407) 939-7630 and specify that you are traveling with an infant and would like to request an actual crib. When you check in, remind the Cast Member at the front desk that you have requested a crib, or if you use online check-in, give a quick call to the resort’s front desk that morning to remind them of your request. You can also call Mousekeeping or the front desk from your resort room when you arrive.
Kimberly, please remember that requests cannot be guaranteed. I believe the inventory of Pack n’ Plays is greater than the inventory of cribs, so be prepared that a crib may not be available. If you want to be certain you will have a crib and not a Pack n' Play, there are companies in the Orlando area that can rent one to you and deliver it to your resort. There’s a list of
preferred providers on Disney’s website; we’ve used Kingdom Strollers multiple times and are always happy with their products and service.
Enjoy your special vacation with your baby, Kimberly! Be sure to visit the absolutely precious Alice in Wonderland splash area next to the Beach Pool for some adorable photos of your little one.
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
