Hi!I am going to stay at the Wilderness lodge resort and have purchased the Disney deluxe dining plan. So about the refillable mug, can I only refill it in my resort? What if I was in a restaurant and asked if they could fill it with Ice water, would they?

    Hi Melanie!

The refillable mugs are a great way to save money on drinks while staying at a Disney World resort and the 2011 designs are adorable!  Check out the new mugs: http://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2011/03/11/news-refillable-mugs-extended-dining-and-via-napoli-pizza-by-the-slice/  I have been told that there is specific verbiage on the new mugs stating, “>Refills available at no additional charge at Resort Beverage Island located in the resort that this mug was purchased through the end of your resort stay.”  I don’t see why you couldn’t get it filled with water at a restaurant.  I almost always ask them to fill my son’s sippy cup with water for me.  It doesn’t hurt to ask!

    Have a magical day!
