Hi! I would like to take my son in his birthday date to celebrate in one of your parks, is his admission will be free that day? Thanks

    Hi, Naama!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for your question. I’m so happy you’d like to celebrate your son’s birthday with a Disney vacation! There’s no better place to spend a special occasion than The Most Magical Place on Earth.

Although Disney Parks did grant free park admission tickets to Guests on their birthday as part of a promotion about five years ago, this is not currently offered, and so you’ll need to purchase a theme park ticket for your son. However, be sure to pick up a complimentary birthday button for him upon check-in at your resort hotel or at the theme parks. It can be customized with his name so he will receive personalized birthday wishes from Cast Members all day! If you have any table-service meals planned, let your server know you’re celebrating a birthday because you may receive some extra magic during your dining experience.

I hope this helps, Naama. Please feel free to ask me any other questions you may have as you continue planning your pixie-dusted birthday visit!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
