Hi, I have 4 single day tickets for Disneyland in September. I somehow got 2 days as children. I’ve been told to keep them and my reservation for the park and upgrade @ ticket booth. I’m arriving a few days before1st ticket is good, can I update days early

Good day and hello, Terry. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for swinging by to ask us this great question. It won't be long until you will be greeted by the giant Mickey pumpkin upon entering Disneyland Park. Your visit is almost here I'm delighted to help you get your tickets sorted out.

You can absolutely visit a ticket booth at the main entrance a few days before your actual visit to make your changes in advance. In fact, I chatted with a Cast Member who shared that if the ticket is wholly unused, they might even be able to assist over the phone. There are no guarantees, but it certainly doesn't hurt to give a friendly Cast Member a call at the Tickets phone line to see if they are able to help even before you arrive at the Disneyland Resort. If they aren't able to help over the phone, you can still make the change in person at the ticket booth.

Now that you have a plan for your theme park tickets, it's time to think about all of the fun you will have and all the memories that you will make during your visit. Halloween Time arrives at the Disneyland Resort this Friday, September 1st and you will get to enjoy all of the spooktacular festivities. A must-do for me at Disneyland Park is to head over to Haunted Mansion Holiday to see what dreadfully delightful gingerbread creation awaits in the ballroom scene.

The masterpiece is created with real gingerbread and is different every year. You can smell the gingerbread as your doom buggy drags by and don't forget to look for a hidden Mickey - there's always one somewhere on the gingerbread creation. If the smell of gingerbread gives you a craving, you can head over to the Great Hall Cart in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa to grab a Gingerbread Calavera Cookie to sink your teeth into. This spooky treat is at the top of my must-eat list.

I hope this helps, Terry, and I hope you have started a countdown and are getting excited about your visit. Come back to visit us to ask any other questions that may cross your mind. Until then, I wish you happy haunting and a frightfully fun visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
