Hi, Luciana -
It's great to hear from a fellow San Francisco Bay Area resident! I hope that you have been enjoying this nice and warm beautiful weather around the bay. We are fortunate to be in such a great location for flights as well as a couple of choices for ports in the west coast. Planning a Disney Cruise from the west coast has now become easier since there are more choices available. The Disney Cruise offer itineraries that service the western region with wonderful voyages that visit ports in Alaska, California, Mexico and just newly announced for 2015, Hawaii.
Depending on when you intend to travel and where, you've got some choices on the Disney Cruise site when you click the
Finding a Cruise link. This link will allow you to play around with dates, destinations and voyage itineraries. Once you filter some of these choices, the website will offer you the available voyages that meet your search guidelines. Pricing will also depend on the type of stateroom you choose. The least expensive will of course be the inside staterooms, and the price goes up depending on the category and size of the stateroom that you choose. Depending on the port of embarkation, then you'll need to either fly to that location from one of the bay area airports, or you can also choose to drive.
Please do check out the link to get you started with the choices available. If you happen to narrow down the search and have follow up question, please do write back and we would be more than happy to help you. We're always glad to help you with your cruise planning questions.
Have a great time planning, Luciana!
