Hi, I have a resort only reservation, I paid the deposit at the time of booking. When and how should I complete the payment in order to ensure the reservation? If I add park tickets the hotel payment change? I have a new gift card, can I use it to pay?

    Hello Nitzan!

The short answer to your question about resort stay reservations is "It depends!" If you booked through a travel agent, you will need to contact them to finalize payment. If you booked directly with Disney, I recommend contacting guest services at (11) 4700-2835 to make payment and add tickets. You can also inquire during that call about using your Disney Gift Card for payment. In my experience, Disney Gift Cards can be used for hotel, theme park tickets, meals, and shopping throughout the parks. Either way, hotel-only reservations must be paid in full at least 30 days before your arrival. If you add tickets separately and not as part of a package it shouldn't impact the price of your resort stay. Another option would be to enter your reservation information into My Disney Experience online or in the app. Once your reservation is linked you may be able to pay and add tickets right in the app!

I see that you will be arriving in late April. During your stay, Disney will be celebrating the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival! Make sure an check out Butterfly Landing, where you will find a number of free-flying butterfly species. Also, don't miss the numerous outdoor kitchens that are serving up special dishes and drinks throughout the festival.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have more questions, come on back to planDisney- we love to help!
