    HI, I have a reservation for 9 people at Crystal Palace I need to change it to 8. The times I am getting don't work for us. If I show up with 8 will I be charged a fee or should I call?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are delighted to help answer your question concerning your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

    Are you ready for some MAGICAL news?!  I am very happy to inform you that you will not have to pay a penalty if all nine guests do not show up for your reservation to The Crystal Palace.  Just tell the Cast Member at the Host Stand, and you will have NO problem at all!  Don't you just LOVE happy endings?!

    If you know for sure that you only need a reservation for eight people, you can always call (407) WDW-DINE and modify your reservation.  I have never had an issue with modifying a Disney dining reservation when I decreased the number of people in a reservation.
