Welcome to planDisney, Peter. Thanks for bringing your question to us today.
I'm unsure which ticket you purchased and your arrival date at Walt Disney World, but beginning 9 January 2024, Guests who have purchased the date-based tickets will not need to make
Park Reservations. Typically such tickets mean you select your desired start date at purchase. Other admission types may need theme park reservations. Peter, if your trip meets these criteria, you don't need to make any Park Reservations which may be why you see this error message. Indeed, I hope this is the reason and that you can get on with thinking about the fun stuff, like which ride will be your first? What dining experiences are calling to you?
My top suggestion to get your trip off to a flying start is
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind -
virtual queues are available from 7am on the day of your visit. Enjoying a meze platter overlooking the World Showcase lagoon at
Spice Road Table in EPCOT is such a treat.
Peter, if you need anything further on Park Pass reservations or have any other Walt Disney World questions, I'm here to help. Otherwise, I wish you a magical adventure! Louise.
