Welcome to planDisney, Danique. It's great to meet you!
I feel this question in the depths of my soul. I have a bunch of Disney-related regrets, and yes, I'm going to confess them to you right here, right now. I regret not buying
Disney Vacation Club sooner than I did. I regret not enrolling in the
Disney College Program when I was in college. I regret not getting an
Annual Pass sooner. In fact, I regret all the times I left the
Walt Disney World Resort and came home. And like you, I've seen some incredible art throughout the resort, including pieces by my favorite Disney artist,
Dom Corona, and didn't buy them when I should have. Alas, I can only promise to do better from here on out.
While you cannot contact
The Art of Disney in
Disney Springs directly, you
can contact the Merchandise Guest Services Team at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com to see if they can assist in some way. Just keep in mind that you usually can't ship items internationally from the resort, but it never hurts to ask if they can help. Your best bet is to browse the
Disney Fine Art website, which offers many great Disney pieces from a variety of artists and
ships to international destinations.
Speaking of avoiding future Disney regrets, you may want to plan on visiting the resort in January or February when the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is usually taking place. This creative festival celebrates all forms of art, including painting and the creation of other art pieces. I fell in love with so many pieces last time but, like you with The Art of Disney, talked myself out of them. Well, I'm visiting again this year and I already know I'm coming home with something! Just stay tuned to the
Disney Parks Blog for an announcement of 2025 dates and offerings.
Danique, I wish you the best in your search for your next favorite Disney art piece and living a life without too many Disney regrets (we can
both do this!). If you have any other questions,
I'm here for you.
Live the moment and love the memory,
Matt
