Hi! I will be purchasing my tickets online, and once ive downloaded and printed them... when I arrive at Disney World, do I have to go by a counter to redeem what I printed into a ticket or what I downloaded is to be used as a ticket? Thank you!

Hello Eileen and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
You are quite right in saying that Guests who've purchased Disney Theme Park Tickets via the Disney website and have printed off their vouchers at home will indeed need to visit a Will Call ticket window for ticket redemption.  Will Call ticket windows are conveniently located outside the main entrances of Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park or at the Ticket and Transportation Centre near the Magic Kingdom Park.
Be sure to have with you your printed off document, a government issued valid photo ID plus perhaps the credit card used to make the original purchase.
If I can sprinkle any extra pixie dust onto your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort please pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
